Nu mai lup\u021bi cu tine, ci lucrezi \u00eempreun\u0103 cu tine<\/i>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201eAlergarea mi-a ar\u0103tat c\u0103 nu trebuie s\u0103 sem\u0103n\u0103m ca s\u0103 ne potrivim. Avem nevoie doar de un scop comun: s\u0103 ne fie mai bine. Iar c\u00e2nd fiecare \u00ee\u0219i g\u0103se\u0219te locul, indiferent de personalitate, sportul devine nu doar eficient, ci profund uman\u201d,<\/i> mai spune el.<\/p>\n<h2>Cum explic\u0103 psihoterapeu\u021bii leg\u0103tura dintre personalitate \u0219i motiva\u021bie<\/h2>\n<p>La r\u00e2ndul s\u0103u, psihoterapeut Floren\u021ba Petric\u0103, declar\u0103 pentru \u201eAdev\u0103rul\u201d c\u0103: <i>\u201eSportul nu este doar un exerci\u021biu fizic, este o practic\u0103 care interac\u021bioneaz\u0103 profund cu personalitatea, motiva\u021bia \u0219i starea psihic\u0103 a fiec\u0103rei persoane. Alegerea unui tip de exerci\u021biu care se potrive\u0219te felului t\u0103u de a fi nu doar cre\u0219te pl\u0103cerea resim\u021bit\u0103, ci pune \u0219i bazele unei motiva\u021bii intrinseci reale, care sus\u021bine continuitatea \u0219i implicarea pe termen lung\u201d.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>\u00cen opinia sa, motiva\u021bia intrinsec\u0103 se poate construi gradual, pas cu pas. Astfel, primul pas este alegerea activit\u0103\u021bilor care aduc pl\u0103cere imediat\u0103 \u0219i care se simt accesibile chiar \u0219i pentru c\u00e2teva minute pe zi. Urm\u0103torul pas este stabilirea unor obiective realiste \u0219i m\u0103surabile, axate pe progres personal \u0219i nu pe compara\u021bie cu al\u021bii. Exerci\u021biile regulate, \u00een special cardio, stimuleaz\u0103 eliberarea de dopamin\u0103, serotonin\u0103 \u0219i noradrenalin\u0103, reduc nivelul cortizolului \u0219i cresc claritatea mental\u0103. <i>\u201eAceste modific\u0103ri neurochimice contribuie la reducerea stresului, ameliorarea anxiet\u0103\u021bii \u0219i a simptomelor depresive, oferind o senza\u021bie real\u0103 de relaxare, energie \u0219i vitalitate.
