De\u0219i unii profesori cred c\u0103 notele mici sau presiunea ierarhiei \u00eei vor ambi\u021biona pe elevi s\u0103 se mobilizeze, realitatea e c\u0103 de multe ori se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 exact invers. Elevii care simt c\u0103 sunt nota\u021bi nedrept sau c\u0103 sunt pu\u0219i constant \u00een partea inferioar\u0103 a clasamentului ajung s\u0103 renun\u021be la efort, acesta fiind r\u0103spunsul lor la evaluarea realizat\u0103 de cadrul didactic. Apare frustrarea \u0219i sentimentul c\u0103 oricum nu conteaz\u0103 ce fac, iar asta nu duce la rezultatele ini\u021bial anticipate&#8221;, s<\/i>pune\u00a0Bogdan-Lucian Gogan, vicepre\u0219edinte al Consiliului Na\u021bional al Elevilor.<\/p>\n<p>Totu\u0219i, consider\u0103 c\u0103 premierea elevilor are \u0219i avantaje:<\/p>\n<p><i>,,Partea bun\u0103 e c\u0103, \u00een teorie, recunoa\u0219te efortul \u0219i ofer\u0103 un cadru prin care elevii pot fi recompensa\u021bi public pentru rezultate \u0219i arat\u0103 c\u0103 efortul academic depus este valorificat&#8221;.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Numai c\u0103, este de p\u0103rere elevul, acela\u0219i sistem trateaz\u0103 adesea la fel performan\u021be diferite:<\/p>\n<p><i>,,Mai ales c\u00e2nd vorbim de olimpicii na\u021bionali, recompensa financiar\u0103 \u0219i vizibilitatea pe care o primesc sunt mult sub nivelul muncii depuse. Competi\u021bie cu sine sau ceilal\u021bi? Vicepre\u0219edintele Consiliului Na\u021bional al Elevilor spune:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><i>,,Elevii nu ar trebui \u00eempin\u0219i constant s\u0103 se compare cu cei din jur pentru a-\u0219i evalua performan\u021ba academic\u0103. Modelul acesta creeaz\u0103 mai mult\u0103 presiune dec\u00e2t progres real. \u00cen loc de competi\u021bie permanent\u0103 \u00een r\u00e2ndul elevilor, cred c\u0103 ar trebui \u00eencurajat\u0103 colaborarea permanent\u0103, mai ales \u00eentre elevii care performeaz\u0103 diferit la diverse materii. Fiecare poate \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba de la cel\u0103lalt, iar sprijinul reciproc duce, pe termen lung, la rezultate mai bune pentru toat\u0103 lumea. Atunci c\u00e2nd simt nevoia s\u0103 fac\u0103 compara\u021bii, elevii ar trebui s\u0103 se raporteze strict la propria persoan\u0103 \u0219i nu la cei din jur. Nu este corect s\u0103 pui la aceea\u0219i linie de start doi elevi care vin din contexte complet diferite, cu ritmuri de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare, probleme \u0219i resurse diferite. Via\u021ba de zi cu zi influen\u021beaz\u0103 enorm performan\u021ba academic\u0103, iar asta explic\u0103 de ce unii pot avansa mai repede \u00een timp ce al\u021bii au parte de un proces mai anevoios de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare&#8221;.<\/i><\/p>\n<h2>Profesor: &#8222;Nu mai sunt vremurile sistemelor spartane&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p>Profesorul Doru C\u0103st\u0103ian crede c\u0103 cele dou\u0103 forme de concuren\u021b\u0103 nu se exclud.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><i>,,\u00cen fapt, orice form\u0103 de concuren\u021b\u0103 cu al\u021bii implic\u0103 o form\u0103 de concuren\u021b\u0103 cu sine. Nu neap\u0103rat \u0219i invers.. Cred c\u0103 e o iluzie s\u0103 credem c\u0103 putem crea, cel pu\u021bin \u00een Rom\u00e2nia sau \u00een viitorul apropiat, un sistem educa\u021bional care s\u0103 exclud\u0103 orice form\u0103 de concuren\u021b\u0103 cu ceilal\u021bi \u0219i nici nu cred c\u0103 e foarte indicat (ar trebui evaluat modelul \u0103sta ca s\u0103 ne d\u0103m seama)&#8221;<\/i>, spune profesorul de \u0218tiin\u021be Socio-Umane.<\/p>\n<p>Acesta crede c\u0103 nu concuren\u021ba \u00een sine este problema, ci ponderea ei. Un sistem ultra-concuren\u021bial nu doar c\u0103 nu este \u00een avantajul tuturor elevilor, dar nici \u00een logica vremurilor, e de p\u0103rere profesorul:<\/p>\n<p><i>,,Ponderea formelor de concuren\u021b\u0103 este str\u00e2ns legat\u0103 de ceea ce \u00ee\u021bi propui \u00een sistemul t\u0103u de educa\u021bie. Dac\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi propui un sistem incluziv, \u00een care scopul fundamental este ca toat\u0103 lumea (pe c\u00e2t posibil) s\u0103 dob\u00e2ndeasc\u0103 o educa\u021bie de calitate \u0219i la ni\u0219te standarde satisf\u0103c\u0103toare, cred c\u0103 acea concuren\u021b\u0103 acerb\u0103, pe via\u021b\u0103 \u0219i pe moarte, ar trebui s\u0103 aib\u0103 un loc absolut marginal. Ar trebui s\u0103 se rezume probabil la cazurile de elevi cu dot\u0103ri \u0219i cu capacit\u0103\u021bi extraordinare. Dac\u0103, dimpotriv\u0103, \u00ee\u021bi propui un sistem foarte concuren\u021bial, care s\u0103 dea numai v\u00e2rfuri, atunci cu siguran\u021b\u0103 c\u0103 vei avea o cantitate mai mare din acel tip de concuren\u021b\u0103. Ar trebui s\u0103 ai condi\u021bii comparabile de start \u0219i ar trebui s\u0103 ai criterii care s\u0103 se afle dincolo de echivoc \u0219i de diferitele interpret\u0103ri atunci c\u00e2nd apreciezi. Ori \u0103sta e departe de a fi cazul Rom\u00e2niei. Pentru c\u0103 la noi, de foarte multe ori, performan\u021ba \u0219colar\u0103 e \u00een baza unor note sau evalu\u0103ri care sunt profund subiective, sau sunt rela\u021bionale, sau \u021bin cont de factori care nu privesc direct performan\u021ba \u0219colar\u0103&#8221;.<\/i><\/p>\n<h2>Specialist \u00een Educa\u021bie: Momentul festiv nu e o \u00eencurajare, din contr\u0103<\/h2>\n<p>Referitor la festivaitatea de premiere de la final de an, specialista \u00een Educa\u021bie Gabi Bartic spune:<\/p>\n<p><i>,,Cred c\u0103, \u00een forma actual\u0103, premierea de final de an nu reu\u0219e\u0219te s\u0103 reflecte adev\u0103rata munc\u0103 \u0219i progresul copiilor. Premiaz\u0103, de cele mai multe ori, pe cei care pornesc deja cu avantaje \u2013 sprijin acas\u0103, resurse, timp, medita\u021bii \u2013 \u0219i las\u0103 \u00een umbr\u0103 efortul imens al altora care fac pa\u0219i reali, dar invizibili. Pentru mul\u021bi copii, momentul festiv nu e o \u00eencurajare, ci o confirmare public\u0103 a faptului c\u0103 \u201enu sunt acolo\u201d. Iar asta nu ajut\u0103 la \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare. Cred \u00eentr-un sistem de recunoa\u0219tere mai bl\u00e2nd, mai amplu \u0219i mai orientat c\u0103tre progres, nu c\u0103tre podium&#8221;.\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Clasificarea, e de p\u0103rere Gabi Bartic., ambi\u021bioneaz\u0103, de regul\u0103, doar o categorie de elevi:\u00a0 pe cei care sunt deja \u00een zona de confort ,,\u00een top&#8221;.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><i>,,Pentru copiii cu dificult\u0103\u021bi, e mai degrab\u0103 o etichet\u0103 care r\u0103m\u00e2ne lipit\u0103 pe ei tot anul. Acolo apare motiva\u021bia. Evaluarea nu e un verdict \u2013 e o discu\u021bie onest\u0103 despre unde se afl\u0103 copilul \u0219i de ce sprijin are nevoie ca s\u0103 creasc\u0103.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>\u0218i sistemul britanic are un model interesant: accent pe criterii clare, note raportate la obiective de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare, evaluare continu\u0103, plus o cultur\u0103 a feedbackului constant, uneori agasant dac\u0103-l privim dintr-un sistem cum e al nostru \u00een care feedback-ul e aproape inexistent. Profesorii le transmit p\u0103rin\u021bilor nu doar o not\u0103, ci o imagine coerent\u0103 \u0219i nuan\u021bat\u0103 a parcursului copilului. Nici acolo nu exist\u0103 \u201epremiantul clasei\u201d, ci elevul care \u00ee\u0219i atinge sau dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219te propriile \u021binte&#8221;.<\/i><\/p>\n<h2>Este Rom\u00e2nia preg\u0103tit\u0103 s\u0103 renun\u021be la festivit\u0103\u021bile de premiere?<\/h2>\n<p>R\u0103spunsul este nu, spune Bogdan-Lucian Gogan, vicepre\u0219edintele Consiliului Na\u021bional al Elevilor, dar forma acestora poate fi modificat\u0103:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><i>,,Consider c\u0103 Rom\u00e2nia nu este \u00eenc\u0103 preg\u0103tit\u0103 s\u0103 renun\u021be complet la premii \u0219i festivit\u0103\u021bi. Chiar dac\u0103 ele nu reflect\u0103 \u00eentotdeauna perfect realitatea sau nivelul real al performan\u021bei, pentru o mare parte dintre elevi r\u0103m\u00e2n un factor important de motiva\u021bie. \u00cen loc s\u0103 elimin\u0103m aceste momente, cred c\u0103 solu\u021bia este o reform\u0103 a modului \u00een care sunt organizate \u0219i g\u00e2ndite.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i> Premierea ar trebui adaptat\u0103 astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 fie mai echitabil\u0103, mai relevant\u0103 \u0219i mai conectat\u0103 la efortul real depus de elevi. Dac\u0103 festivit\u0103\u021bile ar fi concepute \u00eentr-un mod care s\u0103 valorizeze progresul, diversitatea performan\u021belor \u0219i nevoile diferite ale elevilor, atunci ar reu\u0219i nu doar s\u0103 motiveze, ci \u0219i s\u0103 sus\u021bin\u0103 o evolu\u021bie academic\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103. Nu trebuie s\u0103 le elimin\u0103m, ci s\u0103 le transform\u0103m astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 fie cu adev\u0103rat utile \u0219i s\u0103 men\u021bin\u0103 dorin\u021ba de a \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba \u0219i de a cre\u0219te&#8221;.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>La aceea\u0219i \u00eentrebare, Gabi Bartic r\u0103spunde:<\/p>\n<p><i>,,Cred c\u0103 Rom\u00e2nia va fi preg\u0103tit\u0103 pentru asta \u00een momentul \u00een care oferim familiilor \u0219i profesorilor un alt mod \u2013 mai bun \u2013 de a onora munca copiilor.
