Traseul, care leag\u0103 localit\u0103\u021bi cu poten\u021bial turistic de intrarea \u00een Parcul Na\u021bional Buila\u2013V\u00e2nturari\u021ba (cel mai mic\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/adevarul.ro\/stiri-locale\/ramnicu-valcea\/localitatea-care-a-dat-nastere-unui-parc-national-2340726.html\">parc na\u021bional<\/a>\u00a0din Rom\u00e2nia), are \u0219ansa de a deveni prima moc\u0103ni\u021b\u0103 turistic\u0103 din sudul Carpa\u021bilor. Totul depinde de implicarea autorit\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i de sprijinul comunit\u0103\u021bii.<\/p>\n<h2>Valea Bistri\u021bei din Oltenia, readus\u0103 la via\u021b\u0103 sub cea mai frumoas\u0103 variant\u0103 a sa<\/h2>\n<p>\u00centr-un col\u021b spectaculos al V\u00e2lcii, unde lini\u0219tea p\u0103durilor \u0219i istoria monahal\u0103 se \u00eent\u00e2lnesc, o cale ferat\u0103 \u00eengust\u0103, adormit\u0103 de ani buni, ar putea deveni sufletul rena\u0219terii turistice pentru \u00eentreaga zon\u0103. <\/p>\n<p>Este vorba despre prima moc\u0103ni\u021b\u0103 olteneasc\u0103, un proiect curajos propus de Asocia\u021bia Kogayon, cu poten\u021bialul de a transforma radical<i> \u201eOltenia de sub Munte\u201d<\/i> \u2013 o regiune deja aspirant\u0103 la statutul de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/adevarul.ro\/stiri-interne\/evenimente\/caz-unic-in-reteaua-globala-a-geoparcurilor-2376076.html\">geoparc UNESCO<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00centins\u0103 pe mai pu\u021bin de 1.000 kmp, Oltenia de sub Munte ad\u0103poste\u0219te o concentrare rar\u0103 de comori naturale \u0219i culturale: p\u0103duri seculare, chei spectaculoase, m\u0103n\u0103stiri \u00eenc\u0103rcate de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/adevarul.ro\/stil-de-viata\/calatorii\/discover-oltenia-locul-din-romania-cu-o-istorie-2367488.html\">istorie<\/a>\u00a0\u0219i me\u0219te\u0219uguri p\u0103strate cu sfin\u021benie.<\/p>\n<p>Aici se reg\u0103se\u0219te\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/adevarul.ro\/stiri-locale\/ramnicu-valcea\/foto-doua-generatii-de-olari-duc-mai-departe-1868478.html\">ceramica de Horezu<\/a>, inclus\u0103 \u00een Patrimoniul Cultural Imaterial UNESCO, un adev\u0103rat simbol al artei populare rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti. Odat\u0103 repus\u0103 \u00een func\u021biune, moc\u0103ni\u021ba ar putea deveni unul dintre cele mai inedite\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/adevarul.ro\/stiri-locale\/ramnicu-valcea\/trenuletele-turistice-pe-roti-de-la-valcea-care-2268888.html\">trenuri turistice<\/a>\u00a0de la sud de Carpa\u021bi, fiind, de altfel, unicul de acest gen.<\/p>\n<p>Florin Stoican, pre\u0219edintele Asocia\u021biei Kogayon \u0219i sus\u021bin\u0103tor al numeroaselor\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/adevarul.ro\/stil-de-viata\/calatorii\/discover-oltenia-charlie-ottley-una-dintre-cele-2362373.html\">ini\u021biative<\/a>\u00a0de conservare \u0219i ecoturism din regiune, atrage aten\u021bia asupra unui pericol iminent, dar ofer\u0103 \u0219i o promisiune ferm\u0103: <i>\u201eCalea ferat\u0103 nu mai este folosit\u0103 din toamna anului 2019 \u0219i risc\u0103 s\u0103 ajung\u0103 la fier vechi, \u00een ciuda poten\u021bialului enorm pe care \u00eel are pentru Valea Bistri\u021bei. Aceast\u0103 linie nu este doar o relicv\u0103 cu o istorie industrial\u0103 semnificativ\u0103, ci \u0219i un proiect cu un viitor turistic remarcabil, dac\u0103 se va g\u0103si o solu\u021bie pentru a o transforma \u00eentr-o moc\u0103ni\u021b\u0103 \u2013 chiar \u0219i pe o por\u021biune, cum ar fi segmentul Tom\u0219ani\u2013Bistri\u021ba\u201d.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Promisiunea const\u0103 \u00een posibilitatea unui viitor turistic remarcabil pentru aceast\u0103 infrastructur\u0103, dac\u0103 se va interveni la timp \u0219i nu va fi l\u0103sat\u0103 s\u0103 se deterioreze, a\u0219a cum s-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat cu multe alte infrastructuri de acest tip din \u021bar\u0103.<\/p>\n<h2>Traseul pitoresc: c\u0103l\u0103torie prin istorie \u0219i natur\u0103<\/h2>\n<p>Traseul legendarului tren traverseaz\u0103, \u00eentr-adev\u0103r, zone pitore\u0219ti \u0219i ajunge p\u00e2n\u0103 la por\u021bile unor repere spirituale \u0219i culturale, precum M\u0103n\u0103stirile Bistri\u021ba \u0219i Arnota, aflate la doar <i>\u201eo arunc\u0103tur\u0103 de b\u0103\u021b\u201d<\/i> de M\u0103n\u0103stirea Horezu \u2013 singurul l\u0103ca\u0219 de cult inclus \u00een\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/adevarul.ro\/stil-de-viata\/calatorii\/top-10-obiective-turistice-de-neratat-in-valcea-2324307.html\">Patrimoniul Mondial UNESCO<\/a>\u00a0de la sud de Carpa\u021bi \u2013 locuri emblematice pentru patrimoniul\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/adevarul.ro\/stiri-locale\/ramnicu-valcea\/comorile-olteniei-de-sub-munte-si-charlie-ottley-2312233.html\">Olteniei de sub Munte<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>De-a lungul liniei sunt patru sta\u021bii unde trenurile s-ar putea intersecta, iar o c\u0103l\u0103torie dus-\u00eentors ar dura aproximativ cinci ore \u2013 timp suficient pentru ca orice turist s\u0103 se \u00eendr\u0103gosteasc\u0103 de peisajele din zon\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201eConsider\u0103m c\u0103 autorit\u0103\u021bile locale \u0219i jude\u021bene din Valea Bistri\u021bei \u0219i din \u00eentreaga Oltenie de sub Munte trebuie s\u0103 se asocieze \u0219i s\u0103 deschid\u0103 discu\u021bii cu actualii proprietari ai liniei pentru a identifica o form\u0103 de parteneriat public-privat.
