Foto Shutterstock<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>P\u00e2n\u0103 la 27 iulie 2026, notarii publici au obliga\u021bia de a transmite Formularul 208, declara\u021bia informativ\u0103 privind impozitul pe veniturile din transferul propriet\u0103\u021bilor imobiliare din patrimoniul personal. <a href=\"https:\/\/adevarul.ro\/economie\/datoriile-firmei-nu-dispar-cum-pot-ajunge-in-2538649.html\" target=\"_blank\">Raportarea este prev\u0103zut\u0103 de legisla\u021bia fiscal\u0103 <\/a>\u0219i face parte din obliga\u021biile notarilor de a comunica autorit\u0103\u021bilor fiscale informa\u021biile privind tranzac\u021biile autentificate.<\/p>\n<h2>Ce este Formularul 208<\/h2>\n<p>Formularul 208 este o declara\u021bie informativ\u0103 depus\u0103 exclusiv de notarii publici la ANAF. Documentul con\u021bine informa\u021bii despre transferurile de propriet\u0103\u021bi imobiliare din patrimoniul personal, precum \u0219i date privind impozitul calculat, \u00eencasat \u0219i virat c\u0103tre bugetul de stat, atunci c\u00e2nd acesta este datorat.<\/p>\n<p>Scopul declara\u021biei este de a permite ANAF s\u0103 centralizeze informa\u021biile referitoare la tranzac\u021biile imobiliare \u0219i s\u0103 verifice respectarea obliga\u021biilor fiscale.<\/p>\n<h2>Proprietarii nu au obliga\u021bii de raportare c\u0103tre ANAF<\/h2>\n<p>Persoanele fizice care cump\u0103r\u0103 sau v\u00e2nd un imobil nu trebuie s\u0103 completeze \u0219i s\u0103 depun\u0103 Formularul 208.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen cazul unei tranzac\u021bii autentificate, notarul public este cel care calculeaz\u0103 impozitul datorat, \u00eel \u00eencaseaz\u0103 \u0219i \u00eel vireaz\u0103 la bugetul de stat, atunci c\u00e2nd legea prevede plata acestuia.
