Ce nout\u0103\u021bi aduce \u0219i ce profil ar trebui s\u0103 aib\u0103 un lider de \u0219coal\u0103<\/span><br \/>\n                    <svg width=\"14\" height=\"14\" viewBox=\"0 0 24 24\" fill=\"none\" stroke=\"currentColor\" stroke-width=\"2.5\" stroke-linecap=\"round\" stroke-linejoin=\"round\"><polyline points=\"9 18 15 12 9 6\" \/><\/svg><br \/>\n                <\/a><\/p>\n<p>De altfel, specialistul sus\u021bine ideea ca func\u021bia de director s\u0103 devin\u0103 una complet separat\u0103 de activitatea didactic\u0103:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201ePledoaria mea este pentru o activitate distinct\u0103: cinci ani, c\u00e2t este manager \u0219colar, face leadership \u0219i management, nu altceva\u201d.<\/i><\/p>\n<h2>C\u00e2\u021bi directori actuali \u0219i-ar men\u021bine func\u021bia dup\u0103 noile criterii<\/h2>\n<p>\u00centrebat c\u00e2\u021bi dintre directorii actuali crede c\u0103 \u00eendeplinesc noile criterii, Marian Sta\u0219 spune c\u0103 distribu\u021bia ar putea urma modelul curbei lui Gauss, unde majoritatea se situeaz\u0103 \u00een zona de mijloc.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201eProbabil c\u0103 aproximativ 70% dintre ei \u00eendeplinesc criteriile la nivel mediu, \u00een jur de 15% la nivel bun \u0219i foarte bun \u0219i aproximativ 15% la nivel mai pu\u021bin bun \u0219i slab\u201d.\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<p>\u00cen acela\u0219i timp, specialistul subliniaz\u0103 c\u0103 \u00een ultimii ani au ap\u0103rut mai multe programe de formare pentru directori, &#8222;<i>at\u00e2t la nivel de politici educa\u021bionale oficiale (adic\u0103 ale Ministerului Educa\u021biei), c\u00e2t \u0219i la nivelul unor programe foarte performante \u0219i cu o bun\u0103 reputa\u021bie, cum e de pild\u0103 AVE (Asocia\u021bia pentru Valori \u00een Educa\u021bie), un program focalizat pe ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 preg\u0103tirea directorilor ca lideri de organiza\u021bii, ca manageri strategici&#8221;.\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<h2>Leadershipul educa\u021bional, cea mai mare vulnerabilitate<\/h2>\n<p>L-am \u00eentrebat pe Marian Sta\u0219 \u0219i la care dintre cele cinci criterii\u00a0 crede c\u0103 directorii stau cel mai bine \u00een momentul de fa\u021b\u0103\u00a0 \u0219i la care cel mai slab.<\/p>\n<p><i>,,Vulnerabilitatea cheie a profilului acesta pentru directorii din Rom\u00e2nia este descriptorul num\u0103rul 1, \u0219i anume cel legat de leadership \u0219i orientare strategic\u0103. De ce? Pentru c\u0103 nu au f\u0103cut a\u0219a ceva. \u00centr-un sistem centralizat comunist nu ai cum s\u0103 faci a\u0219a ceva, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd nu ai un mecanism &#8211; cum e ordinul 4444\/2025 al lui Daniel David sau cum a fost mecanismul de \u0219coli pilot &#8211; care s\u0103 coboare procesul de elaborare de curriculum la nivelul \u0219colii. (&#8230;) Num\u0103rul de \u0219coli pilot (foarte pu\u021bine) e un indicator care vorbe\u0219te de la sine despre lipsa de asumare a viziunii strategice.
