Corina-Aurelia Zugravu, medic primar nutri\u021bie \u0219i igiena alimenta\u021biei,<br \/>\n\u015fefa catedrei de Igien\u0103 \u015fi Ecologie la Facultatea de Medicin\u0103 \u201eCarol Davila\u201c, despre tendin\u021bele alimentare<br \/>\nnes\u0103n\u0103toase \u00een r\u00e2ndul studen\u021bilor, chiar al celor de la Medicin\u0103, c\u00e2t de<br \/>\nimportant\u0103 este alimenta\u021bia pentru\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/adevarul.ro\/stiri-interne\/sanatate\/interviu-alina-epure-terapeuta-nutritionista-2361912.html\">o bun\u0103 func\u021bionare a creierului<\/a>, dar \u0219i<br \/>\ndespre num\u0103rul sc\u0103zut de cantine din institu\u021biile \u00een care studen\u021bii \u00ee\u0219i<br \/>\ndesf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 activitatea. <\/p>\n<p><b>\u201eWeekend Adev\u0103rul\u201c: Care sunt cele mai comune tendin\u021be pe care le-a\u021bi<br \/>\nobservat \u00een alimenta\u021bia studen\u021bilor din Rom\u00e2nia \u00een ultimii ani?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Prof. univ. dr. Corina-Aurelia Zugravu:<\/b> De exemplu, studen\u021bii no\u0219tri de la Medicin\u0103,<br \/>\n\u00eencep\u00e2nd din anul III, au un program foarte lung, uneori de la 8 diminea\u021ba la 8<br \/>\nseara, uneori chiar \u0219i c\u00e2te trei-patru zile pe s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103. Deci nu au timp<br \/>\npentru a putea m\u00e2nca organizat \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tos, cel pu\u021bin trei mese pe zi, a\u0219a cum<br \/>\nar fi ideal. Studen\u021bii care vin din provincie sunt \u0219i mai dezavantaja\u021bi din<br \/>\nacest punct de vedere \u0219i, de multe ori, apeleaz\u0103 la m\u00e2ncarea u\u0219or accesibil\u0103,<br \/>\nfast-food, chiar dac\u0103 \u0219tiu c\u0103 nu este cea mai s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103 op\u021biune. La facultatea<br \/>\nnoastr\u0103 avem o cantin\u0103 unde m\u00e2ncarea este ceva mai s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103, dar capacitatea<br \/>\nei este limitat\u0103 \u0219i nu poate acoperi nevoile tuturor studen\u021bilor, mai ales c\u0103<br \/>\nmul\u021bi dintre ei petrec mult timp \u00een spitale \u0219i \u00een alte loca\u021bii din Bucure\u0219ti.<br \/>\n\u00cen general, mul\u021bi studen\u021bi nu dispun de resursele financiare necesare pentru a<br \/>\nm\u00e2nca regulat \u00een restaurante de unde ar putea alege op\u021biuni mai s\u0103n\u0103toase. Unii<br \/>\n\u00ee\u0219i mai aduc m\u00e2ncare de acas\u0103, dar mult mai rar, iar al\u021bii nu m\u0103n\u00e2nc\u0103 deloc sau<br \/>\nse bazeaz\u0103 pe m\u00e2nc\u0103rurile despre care discutam. Aceasta este realitatea cu care<br \/>\nse confrunt\u0103 zilnic.<\/p>\n<p><b>Ce rol ar trebui s\u0103 aib\u0103 universit\u0103\u021bile \u00een promovarea unei alimenta\u021bii<br \/>\ns\u0103n\u0103toase \u0219i a unei bune organiz\u0103ri a bugetului, a timpului?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Universit\u0103\u021bile \u0219i facult\u0103\u021bile ar trebui s\u0103 joace un rol activ \u00een<br \/>\neduca\u021bia nutri\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i organizarea studen\u021bilor. \u00cenc\u0103 din primii ani de<br \/>\n\u0219coal\u0103, tinerii ar trebui s\u0103 primeasc\u0103 no\u021biuni de nutri\u021bie \u0219i de management al<br \/>\nbugetului personal. Deci astfel de informa\u021bii nu ar trebui oferite doar la<br \/>\nnivel universitar, ci \u00eencorporate gradual \u00eencep\u00e2nd chiar din gimnaziu. \u00cen<br \/>\nfacultate exist\u0103 acest sistem \u00een care studen\u021bii mai mari \u00eei \u00eendrum\u0103 pe cei noi<br \/>\ndin mai multe puncte de vedere.<\/p>\n<h3>Capacitatea de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare, afectat\u0103<\/h3>\n<p><b>Ne-a\u021bi putea explica, pe scurt, impactul alimenta\u021biei asupra<br \/>\nperforman\u021bei academice? <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Dac\u0103 analiz\u0103m logic, este clar c\u0103 alimenta\u021bia necorespunz\u0103toare<br \/>\nafecteaz\u0103 performan\u021ba cerebral\u0103. Studen\u021bii sunt rezilien\u021bi, sistemul nervos<br \/>\nfiind foarte plastic la acea v\u00e2rst\u0103, ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 nu totul este negativ<br \/>\nsau permanent. Studen\u021bii care sunt din Bucure\u0219ti mai apuc\u0103 s\u0103 m\u0103n\u00e2nce acas\u0103,<br \/>\niar cei din provincie mai primesc m\u00e2ncare de la ai lor, deci nu este chiar o<br \/>\nproblem\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 sf\u00e2r\u0219it. Dac\u0103 perioadele de m\u00e2ncat necorespunz\u0103tor sunt limitate,<br \/>\natunci nu cred c\u0103 exist\u0103 consecin\u021be pe termen lung. Organismul nostru este<br \/>\nfoarte adaptabil, dar totul este s\u0103 nu dureze mult timp. Cred c\u0103 mai degrab\u0103 \u00eei<br \/>\npoate afecta consumul excesiv de stimulente, precum cafeaua sau b\u0103uturile<br \/>\nenergizante, fumatul \u0219i nop\u021bile pierdute \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u00e2nd. Foto: Facebook<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><b>Ce alimente ar trebui s\u0103 prioritizeze studen\u021bii pentru a sus\u021bine<br \/>\nfunc\u021bionarea optim\u0103 a creierului?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Creierul are nevoie de un aport adecvat de nutrien\u021bi pentru a func\u021biona<br \/>\ncorect pentru c\u0103, pe termen lung, alimenta\u021bia s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103 nu doar c\u0103 sus\u021bine<br \/>\nperforman\u021ba academic\u0103, ci \u0219i starea general\u0103 de bine, fapt crucial pentru orice<br \/>\nstudent.
