Dac\u0103 privim cu aten\u021bie, putem distinge trei dimensiuni<br \/>\nfundamentale ale domina\u021biei umane, trei c\u0103i prin care ordinea social\u0103 se<br \/>\nformeaz\u0103, se men\u021bine sau se schimb\u0103. <\/p>\n<p>Aceste trei axe &#8211;<br \/>\ncontrolul prin for\u021b\u0103, prin cunoa\u0219tere \u0219i prin afect\/carism\u0103 \u2013 nu au disp\u0103rut<br \/>\nniciodat\u0103; ele s-au metamorfozat, s-au suprapus \u0219i s-au instrumentalizat<br \/>\nreciproc \u00een secolul al XX-lea \u0219i \u00eenceputul celui de-al XXI-lea. <\/p>\n<p>Revolu\u021biile au<br \/>\ncombinat for\u021ba armat\u0103 cu carisma ideologic\u0103, regimurile totalitare au folosit<br \/>\ncunoa\u0219terea birocratic\u0103 \u0219i propaganda afectiv\u0103 pentru a sus\u021bine violen\u021ba de<br \/>\nstat iar democra\u021biile postbelice au transferat domina\u021bia spre controlul<br \/>\neconomic-financiar, mediatic \u0219i tehnologic, mascat sub promisiuni de libertate<br \/>\n\u0219i prosperitate.<\/p>\n<p><b>Controlul prin<br \/>\nfor\u021b\u0103<\/b>, cel<br \/>\nmai vizibil \u0219i mai crud, este exercitat prin armate, poli\u021bii \u0219i institu\u021bii care<br \/>\n\u00eent\u0103resc suveranitatea printr-un monopol al violen\u021bei. El cucere\u0219te, ap\u0103r\u0103,<br \/>\nuneori distruge, dar mereu las\u0103 \u00een urm\u0103 o amprent\u0103 de fric\u0103 \u0219i autoritate. <\/p>\n<p>Secolul XX a fost<br \/>\n\u00een istorie, poate mai mult dec\u00e2t oricare altul, laboratorul acestor forme de<br \/>\ndomina\u021bie: r\u0103zboaie mondiale, ocupa\u021bii, revolu\u021bii armate \u0219i alian\u021be militare<br \/>\ncare au redesenat h\u0103r\u021bi \u0219i destine. <\/p>\n<p>Exemple concrete<br \/>\ndin ultimul secol ilustreaz\u0103 aceast\u0103 dimensiune: Revolu\u021bia bol\u0219evic\u0103 (1917) \u0219i<br \/>\ninstaurarea puterii sovietice prin Teroarea Ro\u0219ie, Revolu\u021bia de catifea din<br \/>\nCehoslovacia sau cea din decembrie 1989 din Rom\u00e2nia cu execu\u021bia cuplului<br \/>\nCeau\u0219escu sau prim\u0103vara Arab\u0103 \u0219i schimb\u0103rile de autoritate.<\/p>\n<p><b>Controlul prin<br \/>\ncunoa\u0219tere<\/b> este<br \/>\nmai subtil, mai profund. El vine prin \u0219coli, universit\u0103\u021bi, mass-media \u0219i<br \/>\nbirocra\u021bii care modeleaz\u0103 g\u00e2ndirea, gestioneaz\u0103 informa\u021bia \u0219i impun reguli<br \/>\nsociale prin consim\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt aparent. <\/p>\n<p>Aici, puterea nu se<br \/>\nexercit\u0103 prin sanc\u021biune, ci prin educa\u021bie, categorisire \u0219i normare. Cunoa\u0219terea<br \/>\na devenit instrument de selec\u021bie, iar informa\u021bia &#8211; moned\u0103 de putere. Cine<br \/>\ndefine\u0219te adev\u0103rul, cine certific\u0103 competen\u021ba \u0219i cine gestioneaz\u0103 dosarul<br \/>\ncontroleaz\u0103, adesea f\u0103r\u0103 zgomot, mai eficient dec\u00e2t orice arm\u0103. <\/p>\n<p>Exemple concrete:<br \/>\nsistemul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt sovietic \u0219i \u201eomul nou\u201d &#8211; \u00eendoctrinare masiv\u0103 \u00een URSS \u0219i<br \/>\n\u00een \u021b\u0103rile satelit, manualele de istorie din perioada comunist\u0103 din Rom\u00e2nia (ex.<br \/>\nglorificarea PCR \u0219i minimalizarea crimelor regimului), standardele PISA \u0219i<br \/>\nuniformizarea curricular\u0103 impus\u0103 de UE\/OECD iar mai nou algoritmii de moderare<br \/>\nai platformelor sociale mari (Facebook, YouTube) care decid ce con\u021binut este<br \/>\n\u201ede \u00eencredere\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><b>Controlul afectiv<\/b> este, poate, cel mai insidios. El lucreaz\u0103<br \/>\nprin emo\u021bie, prin carism\u0103, prin promisiuni de fericire, de m\u00e2ntuire sau de<br \/>\napartenen\u021b\u0103. Biserica, politica electoral\u0103, mi\u0219c\u0103rile sociale \u0219i culturale,<br \/>\ntoate pot deveni vehicule ale unei st\u0103p\u00e2niri bl\u00e2nde, care convinge inima<br \/>\n\u00eenainte de a cuceri mintea. <\/p>\n<p>Politica modern\u0103 nu<br \/>\na abandonat niciodat\u0103 aceast\u0103 dimensiune; doar a profesionalizat-o. Exemple<br \/>\nconcrete: cultul personalit\u0103\u021bii lui Stalin, Hitler, Mao, Ceau\u0219escu;<br \/>\ndiscursurile lui Fidel Castro \u0219i mi\u0219carea revolu\u021bionar\u0103 cubanez\u0103, fenomenul<br \/>\nmanelelor \u0219i al vedetelor populare din Rom\u00e2nia post-\u201990 ca form\u0103 de eliberare<br \/>\naparent\u0103 \u0219i control afectiv al maselor sau campaniile electorale bazate pe<br \/>\nemo\u021bie (ex. \u201eYes We Can\u201d \u2013 Barack Obama 2008, \u201eMake America Great Again\u201d \u2013<br \/>\nDonald Trump).<\/p>\n<p>De-a lungul<br \/>\nistoriei moderne, domina\u021bia nu s-a exercitat niciodat\u0103 printr-o singur\u0103 for\u021b\u0103,<br \/>\nci printr-un echilibru instabil \u00eentre aceste trei dimensiuni: for\u021ba,<br \/>\ncunoa\u0219terea \u0219i afectul. Ele nu se exclud; se completeaz\u0103, se mascheaz\u0103 reciproc<br \/>\n\u0219i, adesea, se succed una alteia atunci c\u00e2nd una dintre ele \u00ee\u0219i pierde<br \/>\nlegitimitatea. <\/p>\n<p>Secolul XX \u0219i<br \/>\n\u00eenceputul secolului XXI ne-au oferit un laborator tragic \u0219i fascinant al<br \/>\n\u00eentrep\u0103trunderii acestor trei forme de control. Am trecut prin revolu\u021bii<br \/>\ns\u00e2ngeroase \u0219i revolu\u021bii lini\u0219tite, prin dictaturi vizibile \u0219i prin tiraniile<br \/>\ntransparente ale birocra\u021biei, prin promisiuni mari \u0219i dezam\u0103giri \u0219i mai mari.<\/p>\n<h2>Nevoia unei<br \/>\nperspective <\/h2>\n<p>Acest \u00eenceput nu<br \/>\neste o simpl\u0103 cronologie, ci o incursiune \u00een 33 de perspective cruciale care au<br \/>\ndefinit ultimul secol \u0219i continu\u0103 s\u0103 ne defineasc\u0103 prezentul. <\/p>\n<p>De la for\u021ba brutal\u0103<br \/>\na revolu\u021biilor \u0219i a armatelor, la subtilit\u0103\u021bile corup\u021biei legiferate sau a<br \/>\nmanipul\u0103rii mass-media, p\u00e2n\u0103 la afectul bisericii, al culturii populare sau al<br \/>\nidealismului european &#8211; fiecare nou excurs va explora cum s-a exercitat, s-a<br \/>\ntransformat sau s-a contestat puterea. <\/p>\n<p>Vom vedea cum<br \/>\np\u0103m\u00e2ntul, apa, banii, \u0219coala, s\u0103n\u0103tatea, tehnologia sau energia nu sunt simple<br \/>\nresurse sau domenii neutre, ci c\u00e2mpuri de lupt\u0103 unde se \u00eentrep\u0103trund for\u021ba,<br \/>\ncunoa\u0219terea \u0219i emo\u021bia. <\/p>\n<p>Cum UE sau NATO nu<br \/>\nsunt doar alian\u021be, ci proiecte de control geopolitic \u0219i identitar. Cum moral\u0103,<br \/>\netic\u0103, valorile sau timpul \u00eensu\u0219i devin monede de schimb \u00eentr-un joc mai mare<br \/>\nal st\u0103p\u00e2nirii.<\/p>\n<p>Aceasta nu este o<br \/>\nistorie liniar\u0103 \u0219i nici una confortabil\u0103. Este, mai degrab\u0103, o oglind\u0103: uneori<br \/>\nincomod\u0103, alteori revelatoare, mereu necesar\u0103. Ansamblul porne\u0219te de la premisa<br \/>\nc\u0103 ultimul secol (1900\u2013prezent) poate fi \u00een\u021beles ca o succesiune de<br \/>\nreconfigur\u0103ri ale acestor trei forme de control, aplicate asupra acelora\u0219i<br \/>\nrealit\u0103\u021bi fundamentale: p\u0103m\u00e2ntul, banii, munca, credin\u021ba, tehnologia sau<br \/>\ntimpul. <\/p>\n<p>Perspectivele<br \/>\nabordate nu sunt oglinzi izolate, ci u\u0219i pentru cei curajo\u0219i, care vor continua<br \/>\nc\u0103l\u0103toria, sau ferestre pentru cei tem\u0103tori, care vor doar s\u0103 observe trecutul,<br \/>\nprin care se poate sim\u021bi aceea\u0219i tensiune: cine decide, \u00een numele cui \u0219i prin<br \/>\nce mijloace.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen lucrarea de fa\u021b\u0103<br \/>\nvoi analiza cu ajutorul vostru aceste axe din 33 de perspective, pornind de la<br \/>\nrealitatea apropiat\u0103, dar cu trimiteri europene \u0219i globale. Pentru fiecare<br \/>\ndomeniu, vom analiza exemple concrete prin care cele trei dimensiuni au<br \/>\nac\u021bionat.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru a defini un<br \/>\ncadru de analiz\u0103 semanticii dezechilibrelor, vom \u00eencepe cu revolu\u021biile<br \/>\nultimului secol &#8211; reconfigur\u0103ri, de cele mai multe ori violente, a celor trei<br \/>\naxe ale domina\u021biei: for\u021ba, cunoa\u0219terea \u0219i afectul. <span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Fiecare revolu\u021bie are elemente distinctive<br \/>\n\u00eens\u0103 energia \u0219i desf\u0103\u0219urarea au \u0219i multe similitudini. Teroarea Ro\u0219ie (1918-22)<br \/>\na instaurat un sistem totalitar prin violen\u021b\u0103 sistematic\u0103, monopol ideologic \u0219i<br \/>\no carism\u0103 utopic\u0103. Revolu\u021biile din 1989 (Rom\u00e2nia violent\u0103, Cehoslovacia<br \/>\npa\u0219nic\u0103) \u0219i Prim\u0103vara Arab\u0103 (cu rolul tehnologiei digitale) au ar\u0103tat c\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 o<br \/>\nnou\u0103 g\u00e2ndire \u0219i sintez\u0103 durabil\u0103, revolu\u021bia devine doar un transfer de<br \/>\ndomina\u021bie \u0219i nu o eliberare real\u0103.\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>Fiecare perspectiv\u0103<br \/>\nexamineaz\u0103 modul \u00een care for\u021ba, cunoa\u0219terea \u0219i afectul\/carisma s-au manifestat,<br \/>\ns-au deformat sau s-au reinventat \u00een domeniul respectiv. Scopul nu este doar o<br \/>\nradiografie critic\u0103, ci \u0219i \u00een\u021belegerea mecanismelor prin care controlul se<br \/>\nreproduce genera\u021bie dup\u0103 genera\u021bie. <\/p>\n<p>Aceasta nu este un<br \/>\nexerci\u021biu de pesimism, ci unul de con\u0219tientizare. \u00cen\u021belegerea acestor mecanisme<br \/>\neste primul pas c\u0103tre emancipare, c\u0103tre o guvernan\u021b\u0103 mai responsabil\u0103, o<br \/>\nsocietate mai vigilent\u0103 \u0219i o umanitate mai con\u0219tient\u0103 de propriile sale puteri<br \/>\n\u0219i vulnerabilit\u0103\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p>Textul nu promite<br \/>\njudec\u0103\u021bi definitive \u0219i nici solu\u021bii facile.
